Machine Capabilities

​

• DWG or DWF File for AutoCAD Drawings.

• CNC:  Overhead router capable of cutting sheets up to 5' by 12' and up to 1-1/2” thick. Knocked down cabinet parts, CNC engraving, radius countertops, circles, and ellipse.

• IMA Edge Bander:  Applies edge treatments from .018 tape, 1mm, 3mm PVC and real wood edging from 1/4” to 1-1/2” thick.  Edge details can be square or 1/8” radius top and bottom.

• Panel Saw:  Cuts any size sheet wood to precision sizes.

• 4-Head Moulder:  Produce custom trims and grind custom knifes to match any customers profile up to 8”.

• 2 Jointers:  24" - Produce straight edge (flat edge or face).

• Planer:  24" - Produces flat / dimensional faces.

• Timesaver Belt Sander:  Capable of 36" - Finishing or dimension wood.

• Straight Line Rip Saw:  Cuts rough sawn lumber for one straight edge.

• Line Boring Machine:  Bores cabinet sides or dividers with multiple 5mm holes on 32mm spacing.

• Shaper:  Makes custom profiled pieces with custom made knifes, straight or arched.
